Andrea Rossi's Black Box

Italian inventor, Andrea Rossi has claimed that he can create infinite energy through a process called cold fusion. He called together a group of journalists and scientists to demonstrate his invention the "E-Cat," short for "energy catalyzer." The contraption looked like a "leg of lamb wrapped in aluminum foil," and contained powdered nickel, hydrogen gas, and a secret catalyst. He heated the mixture with electrical current and the excess heat created steam. That steam then was used to spin a turbine to create more electricity.
No one knows for sure if this is the real deal or another hoax from a known scam artist. But if it is proven to be true, this could be a source of free, infinite, and clean energy.
